We collect only what's needed to respond to your enquiry or provide our services:

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message.
• Customers of ours: name, address, email, phone number, and notes relating to quotes, invoices and the work carried out, kept in our internal customer management system.

We do not collect payment card details through this website — invoices are settled by bank transfer.

3. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use this data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice for agreed work, and comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax and VAT record-keeping). Our legal basis is your consent when you submit the contact form, and our legitimate interest or a contract with you once you engage us for work.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to follow up, and no longer than 24 months if no further contact occurs. Customer and invoicing records are kept for the period required under Irish tax law (currently 6 years).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by trusted service providers who help us run this website and our business (for example, our website hosting provider and email provider), solely for that purpose, and under appropriate confidentiality terms.
